Bob G. – Mt Morris ILHello my name is Bob Glassner I had just tested obese at over 33 on the bim test, whitech was close to 250 pounds and I had trouble walking up stairs or doing anything strenuous. I knew that I had to do something different. I was wearing 2XL shirts and size 42 slacks or in some cases, size 44.I starting working out on the elliptical machine for 30 to 45 minutes. I live and hour aways in Mt Morris, so it was quite a change. I cut out fried foods, sweets, and greatly reduced my intake of diet coke. I started drinking a lot more water each day and the weight starting coming off. It was about that time I met Rick that my life really bwegan to change. Rick had me attend his power half hour class three days a week and came in every morning at 5 am to workout with me. I had never lifted weights before, so it was completely new for me. By September, I had lost 80 pounds and could see muscle definition. Rick continues to work with me and has become a great friend. I now weigh 167 pounds, wear medium shirts and size 34 slacks. My last BMI test was 23, which is in the normal range. I also have lost over 30 inches in my chest, waist and thighs during this time. I will be 55 years old this year and I’m in the best shape of my life!
